Phew, it never rains but it pours - but enough about the weather report for next week, let's crack on while the sun is shining.

You must have seen our vans out and about in the past few weeks? - it feels like we have been everywhere at least once - and then back again.

It feels like juggling jelly sometimes with rendering Leicester but the JEM crew (as I have never referred to us ever before!) always manage to be as good as our word - always or despite the unpredictable weather. Rewarding and exhausting all rolled into one but nobody is complaining!

I often chat with friends and, in more normal times, they will sometimes complain about their office job/s (i.e. going to the same place every day, doing the same thing day in, day out etc) and this always seems to coincide with us just having had a few days of rain...  and a nice, DRY office doesn't sound too bad at that moment!!

But, generally I have to sympathise a little with them as I am in a lucky position I guess - mostly we at JEM Plastering Leicester never have two days exactly the same! Whether it is starting a new project with a customer (could be plaster or a Leicester render job) at a new location somewhere around Leicester or a different room - with it's own challenges! there is always something to keep us on our toes, which I enjoy.

If the weather is favourable we will schedule in some exterior render work or, being in the UK, the preponderance of inclement weather is perfect for a bit of Leicester plastering 'quality time'!!

Leicester Plastering - during lockdown!

Strange times.
I guess we have all been hit by the coronavirus pandemic lockdown in varying ways. The most important thing is always that family are all healthy & fit, after that the rest is gravy!

Here at JEM Plastering & Rendering we have been able to continue working with some limitations to ensure we adhere to the government guidelines on social distancing etc. Plastering & render supplies have been sporadic but manageable with some pre-planning.
 
Plastering Leicester work has continued and our rendering work likewise. JEM Plastering Leicester are looking out for clients and suppliers during this unprecedented period and hope we can all get back to normal soon. Plasterer Leicester
